OCTOBER FLEX SPOTLIGHT: KELBY STEVENS

Kelby Stevens, Centralia High School senior, is participating in the FLEX program, which allows students to work during school hours. This is the district's 6th year doing this program. 

Stevens, son of Tim and Christina Stevens, works for Stevens Heating and Cooling. This company is owned by Stevens' father.

Stevens Heating and Cooling provide heating and air conditioning services in Centralia, Missouri. They strive to build long-term relationships with their customers and provide quality service.

Stevens has been working at Stevens Heating and Cooling for about a year. He helps with new installations and services. “My favorite part of working there would be that I get to do something new every day,” Stevens said.

After graduation, Stevens plans to attend State Technical College of Missouri. He then plans to continue working for Stevens Heating and Cooling, and eventually take over the business.
