Darr awarded November arrangement of the month

Dr. Matt Smith, Centralia High School (CHS) principal, awarded Dr. Andrew Darr with the November arrangement of the month. 

Smith admires Darr’s efforts and dedication to Drama Club while preparing for their upcoming play. “They have put in a lot of man hours in prop production, rehearsing and Dr. Darr has done an outstanding job of teaching, leading and organizing all of this.”

Darr has been teaching language courses at CHS for five years. He also teaches multiple dual credit language classes. Darr has been leading the drama department for four years and coaches the CHS quiz bowl team. He loves interacting with students and having in-depth discussions about the classic novels he teaches in his classes. 

Darr was very grateful to receive the arrangement. “I thought it was incredibly kind of Dr. Smith and the school to present me with the arrangement of the month. It is a big month for my drama club with the fall play opening this weekend and I thought this encouragement was very gracious.”
